Family Locksmith is Licensed,Insured and Bonded

• Flat Rate $120 per address (Fannie Mae $130)

  • Flat rate applies per address.  Duplex or other multi address dwellings count as multiple addresses

  • Include detached garage and casita, if applicable

  • Also includes small sheds like those sold through Home Depot

  • Rate is based on assumption of a stand R1 property, not farms/ranches.

  • Properties with multiple structures, please call for quote

• One Door Only $75

  • Includes gaining access if necessary

  • Includes re-keying of all locks for specified entry

• Padlocks $7

  • Unless otherwise directed, pool gates, broken garage doors and other outbuildings will be secured with padlocks.

  • Hasp, if needed is $6.

• Lockboxes $40

  • Lockbox provided upon prior request. Unless otherwise directed, it will include 2 keys and will be attached to one of the following locations if possible: gas meter, water pipe, front door. If none of these locations are suitable, a different location will be found and you will be notified.

• Photos $30

  • Photographs will be emailed before the next business day.

  • Shots will include address, views of house and street, all yards, all rooms, garage, outbuildings if present, gas and electric meters and any personal property.

• Sherriff lockouts and cash for keys - Call for quote

  • There will be a surcharge for cases that involve evictions and cash for keys situations.  Our standard hourly rate will be charged for any time the locksmith spends waiting due to the situation.

• Property is still Occupied $55

  • If property is occupied when locksmith arrives, work order will be aborted, you will be notified, and a $55 service fee will be charged.
